For those days when you want to push your riding to the limit, we've designed the 150mm travel Patrol 691. The 691 is the perfect balance of all-day pedaling efficiency and all-out Enduro fun. Running on large 29in wheels the 691 is built to descend the roughest valleys, attack the local bike park or clock up the miles.
Blending the balance of fun and efficiency while taking high-speed stability to the next level required a new long-travel platform. Our revisions didn't stop at increasing travel to 160/150mm, we've also moved over Super Boost rear hub spacing for ultimate stability, and to retain a short and lively chainstay.
The 691 uses what we learned from the 591 mixed with new aggressive geometry. More reach, a steeper seat angle and the slacker front makes the 691 the ultimate long-travel enduro machine.

Riding hard isn't just about how fast yon descend but also how well you can climb. The Patrol 691 is built with Shimano's latest 1 x 12 drivetrains with a huge spread of gears including a massive 51t climbing gear for those lung-bursting rides.
There's no denying that 29in wheels are better. They roll over rocks and steps easier, are more stable at speed and offer more traction for hard cornering. The 691 uses a heavy-duty 29er wheelset which won't let you down and tubeless-ready tires for maximum grip and control.
